Abyss also lives up to its name through our extraordinary house cuvée, Leclerc Briant Champagne. This champagne spent a year submerged in the depths of the Atlantic Ocean, a process inspired by the discovery of a 170-year-old shipment of champagne that had been perfectly preserved beneath the sea. This unique process gives the champagne aromas as deep and complex as the abyss itself.

These cocktails are true works of liquid art, served in bespoke glasses engraved with astrological symbols. Every detail is carefully considered, down to the personalized leather coasters adorned with a four-line poem capturing the spirit of each sign.
To complement this experience, the Seven Stars Bar offers an exclusive menu of four tapas inspired by the four elements: water, fire, earth, and air. An invitation to explore a palette of flavors in harmony with the bar’s unique universe.
