Led by our executive chef, brings a modern, cohesive cooking style to the table, priorizing the use of whole, fresh ingredients and seasonings to create inspiring and authentic dishes inspired by the destination he is in.

Also, our head chef plans to continue to spearhead Abyss Zero Waste Cooking Class in which guests have the opportunity to cook a meal fully zero waste from using vegetables trimmings to make sauces or juices to cooking with locally sourced fish from St. Barts.
